Jaime Palmer

Executive Clinical Director

Jaime has worked with individuals and families for 18 years in a variety of therapeutic settings. She is passionate about supporting individuals while they explore the patterns that get in the way of their ability to reach personal and relational goals. By helping individuals better understand these patterns, Jaime supports her clients in transforming the way they engage in relationships and family work. She believes that incorporating time in nature in this process is vital to the mind, body and spiritual healing. She values personal growth and is enthusiastic and honored to be a part of an individual’s therapeutic journey.

Jaime has had extensive training and experience in treating trauma, self-harm, eating disorders and anxiety with adolescent females in residential treatment settings. She received her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and has completed trainings in EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing and Neuro-Affective Relational Model (NARM).

ROOTs hybrid model and utilization of the NARM principles in exploring patterns that become obstacles in our lives, will complement Jaime’s clinical approach as our Executive Clinical Director.
