Guide
As a guide at ROOTs, you will impact the lives of our clients by building relationships through meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and acting as a role model. Our guides often describe their position as both challenging and rewarding. Guides work closely with licensed clinical therapists to facilitate therapeutic treatment plans. This is a great opportunity to make an impact while acquiring practical experience in the field of social work and psychology.
Overnight Guide
As an Overnight Guide at ROOTs, you will play an essential role by maintaining an emotionally and physically safe environment for our clients. Overnight Guides are responsible for supervision and offering additional support to clients who may struggle with the nighttime routine.
